How 559 Fence Company handles your information, in plain language.

The Short Version
559 Fence Company collects the information you type into the quote form on this site. We use it to call you back, price your job and do the work. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it, and there is no account to create and no newsletter.
This site also runs Google Tag Manager and a Google Ads conversion tag, which use cookies to measure how our advertising performs. What those do, and how to turn them off, is set out under Cookies and Advertising below.
Information We Collect
The quote form on our contact page asks for the following. Everything except the last two is required, because without them we cannot quote a fence or reach you about it.
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- The service you are asking about
- The street address, city and postal code of the property
- Anything else you choose to tell us in the optional message box
- Whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive text messages from us
We ask for the property address because a fence quote depends on the lot, the run and the ground it goes into. That is the only reason it is on the form.
How We Use It
What you send is used to schedule a visit, write your estimate, do the work and keep ordinary business records afterwards. If you tick the text message box, your phone number is also used to text you about your request.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people handling your job and the service providers listed below.
Text Messages
The quote form carries an unticked box that reads: "By providing my phone number, I agree to receive text messages from 559 Fence Company." Ticking it is how you consent to be texted. Leaving it alone does not stop us calling you back about your request, and it is not a condition of getting a quote.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share phone numbers collected for text messaging with anyone for their own marketing.
Who Else Handles Your Information
Three companies touch this site or the information you send through it. None of them is permitted to use it for anything but running the service we hired them for.
- Actura Agency, which builds and runs this website and hosts the quote form on its GoHighLevel account. Form submissions arrive there first and are passed to 559 Fence Company.
- GoHighLevel, the platform the quote form itself runs on. The form is loaded from their system inside a frame on our contact page, so their cookies and their privacy terms apply to that frame.
- Google, which receives advertising and conversion measurement data through the tags described under Cookies and Advertising. Google does not receive the contents of your quote form.
- Our web host, which serves the pages and keeps the standard server logs described below.
What the Website Itself Records
Like every web host, ours keeps standard server logs: the address your request came from, the browser you used, the page you asked for, and when. Those logs exist to keep the site running and secure. They are not used to identify visitors, build profiles or advertise to anyone.
How Long We Keep It
Quote requests are kept as long as they are useful for the work and for ordinary business and tax records, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your Choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (559) 476-0658 and ask for Lukus, or write to us at the address below. California residents have these rights under state law, and we apply them to everyone who asks.

The address at the bottom of every page opens Google Maps so you can find us or get directions. Once you leave this site, whatever that company records is covered by its own policies, not by this one.
Children
This site is for property owners arranging fencing work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes to This Page
If what this site collects ever changes, this page is updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top changes with it.
