Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a price. What a fence costs depends on the property, the length of the run, the style, the materials and the ground it goes into, which is why every job starts with an in-person visit and ends in a written estimate.
That written estimate is the agreement. If anything on this site ever disagrees with it, the written estimate is what counts.
The site describes a 5-year structural warranty on qualifying work and a 30-day warranty on new pickets. Those terms are put in writing for your job at the time of the work, and the written terms are the ones that apply to it.
The photographs on this site are of real fences built by this crew. They are there to show the standard of the work, not to promise that your property will look the same — every yard, slope and property line is different, and what fits yours is worked out on site.
Where the site mentions fence heights, permits or setbacks, those follow local rules that change from town to town and over time. Whatever applies to your specific property is confirmed as part of your estimate rather than assumed from this site.
